What are the best aspects of this product?
It's very easy to use. You have full control of reporting, inventory, receivables, and payables. You're able to monitor and control inventory as well as have comprehensive inventory reports. You also have checking account control bundled with reconciliation and reporting. Invoicing is available. You get to customize both invoices and layout.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
With sales/invoicing, you have no option to seek out a customer in terms of fields (ex. city, state, zip code, and etc...). You can't pay multiple vendors at the same time. For instance, we're making use of credit card payment for our vendors. Instead of writing out a check for every vendor, I want to be given the option to pick which vendor I would want to pay to.
