PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The accounting software itself is quite good, more options than any small business would use but once you figure out what you need it's quite user friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The subscription model they have changed to is criminal. Previously I purchased the software for around 200$ and owned the software, I could use it for as many years as I wanted and pay when it was time to upgrade. They have taken the ability to use the software effectively away without the 800$ PER YEAR subscription cost. They literally told me on the phone that they disabled the payroll module from software I purchased!? I understand that software is moving to subscriptions but traditionally they charge less per year than the software used to cost. I am guessing simply accounting was purchased a few years ago by the mafia and they figured out that people hate changing their accounting software and they can charge what they like.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Allow people to have a "basic" plan that lets them do small business activities. Payroll, income, expenses. That is all a small business needs.

The accounting is easy to use and accountants use the files easily.
