What are the best aspects of this product?
An array of reports on all areas of accounts, and the ability to create bespoke reports (though it can be quite technical)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Remote access to the desktop software. The bank feed also needs improving in terms of aesthetics and usability.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It really does have everything but maybe receipt/ invoice scanning without having to use a third party at an additional cost.

We have many clients that use sage. Clients of all sizes and abilities. Sage is an all in one solution with great reporting.
