What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how you can make reports to just about anything. Once you get the reports, you can tweak them to make it look like whatever is you want it to appear. Even better, you can receive information you only deem important. Once it's customized, you can save it for use the next time you run another report.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are certain things that are difficult to undo. It appears as if you'd need to go through a ton of steps just to undo an error so that checks and balances are in order.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to gather all our spending and inventory in one area. We're also pleased with how accurate our financials were. All these were made possible after learning how properly use the system.
