This software has tech support that you can count on. I find their help documentation to be useful that I ended up not contacting their support as much. It adapts to any business structure since they have different options in setting up a company if one has no intention to start from the beginning. Thir modules are updated so it's simpler to set up company accounts regardless if it's general or specific.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The payroll module contains numerous accounts. But they expanded on it a few years back so now it's more improved compared to before. Sage is frequently deploying improvements every years. They conduct yearly meetings so users are invited to listen and let their opinions be heard. That way, changes can be made to ensure a better experience for users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were changing reports so they can be utilized for certain purposes. There's less time wasted in fixing errors. It's simple running reports every end of the year in sending W-2s and 1099s. Creating transactions is straightforward for journal entries and checks. This helps cut down the time it takes to make one and minimizes errors.
