What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how all information are connected to different aspects of the program. That means whenever I update data in a certain area, it'll link to the next area right and vice versa.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever time tickets are entered, there's no option to include the time without putting in a colon. It also won't correct itself right away. You'll need to add it precisely how it's supposed to. If not, it'll revert back to zero then see yourself doing it all over again. Other payroll platforms are a lot simpler to handle than this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to make sure all purchases are matched well with the sales orders so all orders are coming in right. I can confirm that the delegated jobs are given job-specific IDs so whenever a job is pulled up, you can see the job report and know how many employees were working on it. At the same time, you get to know the number of purchases, and how long it took for a certain job to finish.
