My personal review of Sage 50c.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This version improved by leaps and bounds compared to older versions. Processing and run times are way faster now. There are plenty of features that are easy to utilize. For instance, its order copy is useful in placing order for any repeat item. Quote conversion to orders has also been proven to be useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit challenging to get this software integrated with third party business systems. While conversion of quotes to orders is a good thing, it also has its downside: it retains the date of the order as that of the original quote date. It doesn't make any absolute sense as to why that came to be the case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software isn't used for acknowledgements. But we do admit it helped us out a lot in more ways than we expected. We've also included more data on such acknowledgements that aids in the clarification of shipping dates, shipping turnaround, and others.
