What are the best aspects of this product?

It's good at what it promises to do. Not to mention, it's easy to use too. At the outset, there were just a few things that we needed clarification on, but their representatives were quick to assist us. We mostly use it for accounting, particularly in creating and processing invoices. It has really simplified this process for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sage plays a pretty straightforward role in the company: to assist in processing invoices and in helping us stay on top of our relations with our stakeholders and suppliers. It would be good to have them provide more thorough reports so we could gain company insight, and have it assist in resolving pain points in the company though. But overall, it's still a useful program, but you just need to set aside the time to familiarize yourself with the commands so you can take full advantage of it.
