PROS: Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management is a simple and easy-to-use solution that can be learned by anyone in my team, even by those who have a little knowledge about IT. It’s good that there is now inventory software that doesn’t require us to deal with complicated algorithms. We even love its intuitiveness!

CONS: The software works perfectly, but what we don’t like about it is its looks. Maybe the developers should not just focus on the performance, but the design as well. Make it more modern and everything will be good!

PROS: It's good at what it promises to do. Not to mention, it's easy to use too. At the outset, there were just a few things that we needed clarification on, but their representatives were quick to assist us. We mostly use it for accounting, particularly in creating and processing invoices. It has really simplified this process for us.

CONS: Sage plays a pretty straightforward role in the company: to assist in processing invoices and in helping us stay on top of our relations with our stakeholders and suppliers. It would be good to have them provide more thorough reports so we could gain company insight, and have it assist in resolving pain points in the company though. But overall, it's still a useful program, but you just need to set aside the time to familiarize yourself with the commands so you can take full advantage of it.

PROS: I like the inventory management capabilities of this software the most. Our team works on various product codes as well serials and this feature has been a huge help.

CONS: Anyone who uses the system needs to have keen eye to details and should be cautious. It is easy to commit errors.

PROS: The learning curve is often one of the considerations when using a new software. Surprisingly, this system is easy to use and fast. Also, we were able to implement in house support and customize the system without spending too much effort.

CONS: We were required to seek assistance from third party developers to be able to make some of the needed customization. We've paid for training and spent much longer completing it.

PROS: Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management is highly customizable. It gives us the freedom to modify menus, web pages, and fields. Tools such as maps, dashboards, and others can also be added to our web page easily. For a computer software business like ours, Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management a big help as we don’t need to outsource expensive web-related services to implement the necessary works. Besides, this solution can be accessed through browsers and mobile devices. The mobile functionality allows our remote sales agents to inquire about available services or check customer data. We even finished daily tasks and obtained increased productivity through the software’s mapping tools.

CONS: There’s nothing to complain about Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management. It does great in helping us improve our sales and track our services, and it is very adaptable to our business’ daily needs.

PROS: There are many great things about Sage X3. It takes care of multiple currency bookkeeping tasks, stores essential business information in a detailed manner, lets you choose how you want your data should be shown, and more. But what you’ll really appreciate most is its support to multiple languages, currencies, and legislation implementation. A variety of reporting tools is also available. Generally, the system performs seamlessly and has been a great help in boosting our team’s productivity.

CONS: I do experience some issues with the support of Sage for X3. I also often encounter error messages and it is difficult to figure out what actually went wrong. On the good note, I think Sage actually knows these concerns and they are taking actions to resolve them. X3 is quite a complicated piece so it is understandable that glitches occur.

PROS: I like how easy it is to customize the system. You do not have to go through several trainings to be able to start using the modifications that your business requires. Aside from that, the system’s interface is commendable. It is clean and do not have so many intricacies. It also becomes better at every update.

PROS: Our staff didn’t have any hard time learning how to operate the system. The software comes with an innovative interface and you’ll easily understand how it actually functions. The installation is also pretty simple.

CONS: The software’s actual price isn’t displayed in the website. So if you want to know how much the system will cost you, you need to ask for a price quote. This process was a bit of an inconvenience for me.

PROS: The newly released version 7 is impeccable. It comes with an improved interface and can be used in mobile devices, which are not offered in the old version. Now, we can finish essential tasks through mobile devices anytime, anywhere. Furthermore, the software comes with add-in for integration with Microsoft Office and Excel, and this helps us export important data from our current system to Office tools easily.

CONS: We have a little issue about entering back orders in the Sales Order form. We are having a hard time accessing the stock status check feature. We suggest it should be visible in each item’s line to make Sales Order entry a lot easier. But there are alternatives so you won’t be stuck on complicated sales order entry.
