What are the best aspects of this product?

The learning curve is often one of the considerations when using a new software. Surprisingly, this system is easy to use and fast. Also, we were able to implement in house support and customize the system without spending too much effort.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We were required to seek assistance from third party developers to be able to make some of the needed customization. We've paid for training and spent much longer completing it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to control everything related to our project such as the budget in a single location, which made handling things easier. This ERP system is all you need in your business.
