What are the best aspects of this product?

The newly released version 7 is impeccable. It comes with an improved interface and can be used in mobile devices, which are not offered in the old version. Now, we can finish essential tasks through mobile devices anytime, anywhere. Furthermore, the software comes with add-in for integration with Microsoft Office and Excel, and this helps us export important data from our current system to Office tools easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have a little issue about entering back orders in the Sales Order form. We are having a hard time accessing the stock status check feature. We suggest it should be visible in each item’s line to make Sales Order entry a lot easier. But there are alternatives so you won’t be stuck on complicated sales order entry.

It helps us stay on top of our business, helping with customer and vendor relations.
