Our staff didn’t have any hard time learning how to operate the system. The software comes with an innovative interface and you’ll easily understand how it actually functions. The installation is also pretty simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software’s actual price isn’t displayed in the website. So if you want to know how much the system will cost you, you need to ask for a price quote. This process was a bit of an inconvenience for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to handle the operation, sales, customer service, and management more efficiently and seamlessly. This ERP system is a good investment.
