PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can do just about anything while on the system. I am able to create different customer groups on the software and customize them to my liking, were different group levels can be merged into one. With such capability, you can change how the groups or layout of those groups look like with just a few steps. On top of that, it is possible to export data into excel for analysis and presentation. This feature is ideal when you want to have a closer look at a particular report or when you need a second opinion in the form of peer review from a third party. You can change the tabs and fields to suit your needs and preferences.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not mobile compatible which takes a lot from us. We are not getting value for it because of this. In fact, our company is opting out and switching to Salesforce due to this. Although it provides a way for one to run or process queries, doing it on the backend is not doing us any justice. Another issue is faced with this tool is that it does not provide a way to make alterations in a group, globally. It would be nice if they did so for all the groups you have created as this will make sense keeping in mind the product is highly customizable. We could try out the cloud based Sage CRM but with the reviews we have read, it might not be a good idea.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can store all the relevant information in the system and use this to create or generate reports for both internal and external activities. Sage CRM provides a platform on which you can effectively manage information you need for reporting purposes. For client details, we can store or manage it from the tool with ease while we manage different projects without much effort. It acts as a database for all the company information which saves time and proves to be reliable in terms of analyzing and generating the reports when the need arises. Since we implemented it into our business system, we can effectively look forward to our daily routines as it is able to manage all that in real time.
