What are the best aspects of this product?

It is intuitive and offers an easy way through which can manage contacts of your customers. This way, you will be able to manage leads effectively while you securely store their information on the system. It equips with the ability to export data to excel for analysis. This process does not require much training and anyone who is not tech savvy can learn easily. It does not have a steep learning curve which means your team can get going in no time. When it comes to updating data in the system, Sage CRM does that automatically and this give you more time to concentrate on other productive things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are issues with this product that need addressing. Although it offers one of the best ways to manage your customers and leads, it has a problem with tracking sales in real time. It was slow, and thus made it difficult to track leads and sales which lead to the delay in decision making. Apart from that, it is hectic when you want to delete contacts that you no longer want. This was frustrating and tiring at times. Integration with MAS 90 was not as we expected as wanted them to work hand in hand to get the best results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us to effectively manage leads and customer information. This was a plus for us as we needed for our oil business. Apart from that, we could easily track sales and know the trend using this product. Although it has a simple user interface, the fact that we use it on the oilfield beats the logic of that and hence a problem. Since it could not integrate with MAS 90, which we were using at the time, it was difficult to know the trend of the returning customers and those who no longer buy from us. All in all, it helped to solve some of the most vital problems on our end.
