PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything from customization to when you use the product for your customer and sales needs was easy. The user experience was top notch as we could customize even the minor workflows to make our work effortless. The training bid was easy for our staff as you do not have to be a pro to get up to speed in no time. The Sage CRM was what we truly needed to improve customer relations. Our sales team was able to manage their workflows with ease as automation is key with this tool. We are able to deliver within a short period and thus reliable for our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There will always be a few obstacles that will give you headaches regardless of how simple the system is. Provided it is new to your staff, they will have a hard time getting started. With age CRM, we had the same experience at start. Implementing it into our business was not a walk in the park. We had to struggle a little bit but later got everything in check. This consumed a lot of our time but the hustle was worth it at the end of the difficult experience. Despite all this, we are glad we took this road as we can see the benefits that come with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been able to solve some of the issues that were dire before implementation of Sage CRM. It was introduced to deal with Medical Home Infusion information, which related to scheduling, sales and procurement. These areas can be difficult to manage if you do not have the right system in place. As a CRM, Sage was able to make it easy for the organization to manage these critical areas. As a result, service delivery was fast and led to improved quality and better customer service. The workflow is smooth and so are the operations which continued to improved service for the organization.
