PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has helped us to store the contacts of our clients which include the notes, addresses and phone numbers among others. With such storage we are able to create and manage marketing campaigns with ease. It also helps us to monitor the progress of those campaigns which was an advantage on our part. When it comes to understanding its CRM features, we were able to get on board quickly as it has a friendly interface. The customer support is top notch as it is highly responsive to the issues we faced while using this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite it being reliable in terms of managing customer contacts and campaigns, it had its limitations. For example, we were limited to about 5000 results in order to run reports. This was lower than what we expected or needed and the only option was to upgrade from our current version. However, it was expensive to do this due to our integration with SAP ERP system. With such a limitation and the cost of upgrade, this application is suitable for small businesses that have few reports to run, of up to 5000. Otherwise, you have to find a way to take care of the extra results without incurring huge costs. It would be nice if there were customized pricing for those who do not want to upgrade to the expensive version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The customization functionality of the tool was simple. I was able to add fields, remove them and create reports on the same platform without much training. Everything was easy to do which made it simple to get started. The set-up also took less time and that was bliss. Through customization on the product, we received a 25% improvement on our reporting. This was a great deal for us. All this was attributed by the fact that, it is simple to delete and create custom fields and reports depending on your needs.
