What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a reliable tool for any organization regardless of the needs. With its customization functionality, you can edit, add or delete fields or reports the way you want or according to the needs of your business. It offers a flexible platform on which it can support both mobile and desktop browsers. In short, it acts as an all access product depending on how you want to utilize it. What makes Sage CRM unique and valuable is that, it has been around for more than 2 decades but with continuous updates, it is compliant with the current industry requirements and regulations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have a problem with how the calendar feature is in Sage CRM. It does not offer an obvious way through which you can edit or customize the caller and manage your tasks effectively. The interface is different from other CRM interfaces, which gives us a hard time to schedule tasks and customize it with ease. However, this problem is solved by the fact that it integrates well with Office 365 and Sage’s native Exchange. With such integrations we can us their calendar features to manage tasks and schedule different activities within the system for our business needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has helped us to address both sales and marketing activities. As a result, our sales teams can deliver better services and manage sales information without much hustle. Apart from that customer service has improved greatly. For the Sage experience, we have been able to implement this tool 100 times which has served well to address all sales and marketing issues. Customers are able to utilize the features of this product as it is simple and integrates well with most ERP systems. Through managing sales information and workflow, it speeds up the process and eliminates repetition of tasks thereby saving time and resources. On top of that, it is compatible with mobile platforms where customers can complete tasks while on the move.
