A revolutionary accounting app!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Some of the things I really like about this software: (1) its integration with other software for payment, reporting, resource planning, and customer management; (2) its visually-appealing and the modern user interface; (3) it scalability which allows users to create groups and add more users; and (4) its accessibility which is perfect for people who are working remotely.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since this is a cloud-based app, connectivity could often be an issue. Also, this might be a matter of personal preference, but the idea of having finance matters uploaded in a cloud inevitably makes me a little uncomfortable and insecure. Other areas for improvement: (1) the interface for the mobile views; (2) pricing, it's not really start-up friendly; and (3) integration with other payment channels such as PayPal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app generally improves our operations by (1) having more storage space to store large accounting data; (2) easy management of the process, users, and communications; (3) its user-friendly interface; and (4) amazing technical support.
