For a great accounting experience

What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite features of Sage Cloud are: (1) the invoicing module because it makes tracking invoices easier and it allowed the clients to pay through the invoice; (2) its automatic synchronizing with bank accounts which means lesser room for human errors caused by manual work; (3) tracking time flows and easy generations of billable hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've had a few bad experiences when it comes to connectivity, so I hope it would be resolved by developers soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app made invoicing so much convenient for us and the customers. Collection times improved and cash flows are well-managed. I also love that it automatically syncs with the linked banked accounts. Sage is an all-in-one app. Aside from the actual accounting, the app's greatly helped us when it comes to reporting. Our accounting reports improved ever since we started using this app.
