What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how this cloud-based software reduces are spending because since we have this app, we no longer have to set up and pay for a separate server for all our accounting operations. We can easily access it through a browser, which makes it easier for our team to track accounting activities. I also love their effective customer services!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not sure if this is because I'm just starting to learn to navigate the app, but the payroll reporting kind of confuses me.

The app improved our organization's management reporting and cost computations.
