What are the best aspects of this product?
Sales commission calculations are complicated. Sales Cookie makes the whole process very easy. All the reps also get a dashboard they can use online to review their commissions or enroll in plans.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see more product training videos.

Native integration with HubSpot CRM.
