PROS: Sales Cookie is a very user-friendly sales commission calculation solution. The interface is very intuitive and they setup incentive plans for us for free. Calculations are fast and the dashboards are pretty amazing. Good reporting capabilities. Our sales team is finally paid the right amount on time. We no longer need to deal with spreadsheets.

CONS: Would love the ability to put our company logo on user dashboards.

PROS: Sales commission calculations are complicated. Sales Cookie makes the whole process very easy. All the reps also get a dashboard they can use online to review their commissions or enroll in plans.

CONS: I would like to see more product training videos.
