What are the best aspects of this product?
It monitors your leads effectively. Lead tracking is a pain in all CRMs. But with Salesflare, it's surprisingly simple. All I need to do is write up, send e-mails, and call out people. Salesflare in super swift and simple.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, I have nothing to hate. Even if it's a new product, more features can be added and explored. This alone is what makes the product worth looking forward to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We weren't doing our follow-ups effectively or we miss out on specific leads since our older CRM was difficult to be updated. Salesflare, on its own, automatically logs and monitors just about everything. It even gives you a reminder on doing a follow-up on specific leads. This functionality saves us a lot of time and money. Aside from that, there's less clutter and stress to deal with.
