Salesflare
Our score: 8.8 User satisfaction: 97%

What is Salesflare?

Salesflare is a simple yet powerful customer relationship management system for small B2B companies. It is created to help sales teams accomplish more by doing less. This platform offers a slew of unique features ranging from contact to pipeline management. With this at your disposal, you get access to all the tools you need to ensure a streamlined sales process.

In addition, Salesflare is built on top of salespeople’s existing data pools of their customers and comes with frictionless data input tools that collect customer data, such as emails, phone numbers, and address books, into the software. The software automates the whole gathering and storing of customer information, reducing time spent on data entry by as much as 70%. That said, it allows salespeople to focus on what they do best. And that is to sell.

Another great thing about Salesforce is that it reinforces collaboration by providing you with features that let you share conversations, tasks, and files within your team. Moreover, it has automated timelines for seamless conversation transitions between agents.

Lastly, aside from its easy setup and fast learning curve, the software is built to play well with your existing software ecosystem. For starters, it can integrate seamlessly with Gmail, iCloud, Microsoft Office 365, PieSync, and Exchange. If these aren’t enough for you, you can also connect it with over a thousand other third-party applications via Zapier and the platform’s REST API capabilities.

Salesflare also allows you to oversee your CRM efforts as well as get access to all customer information while on-the-go. This is because it comes with native iOS and Android applications. This is especially useful to small business owners who want to keep a close eye on operations as well as remote workers who meet with clients outside of the office.

In case you are interested in investing in this platform, the vendor only offers one straightforward pricing plan that costs $35/user/month when billed monthly. This is inclusive of all the features that the platform has to offer. Of course, discounts apply if you choose to pay for the subscription annually.

Overview of Salesflare Benefits

Frictionless Data Input

Salesflare boasts of an intelligent approach not present or utilized by other CRM systems. It supports frictionless data input by connecting your your emails, phone calls, calendars, social media contacts, company databases, and the web. In addition, it comes with an automatic logging feature so you can easily collect contacts based on social data and email signatures as well as log meetings and calls based on your calendar and phone. This way, whatever you did during the day, Salesflare connects to your smartphone and calendar to log your phone calls and meetings with clients so you won’t have to.

Moreover, it comes with a full two-way sync feature with G Suite, Gmail, Office 365, Outlook.com and other email services. It also suggests tasks when you forget to follow up.

With these tools, all the customer data you need is automatically retrieved and saved in your digital address book. As a result, you and your sales teams can focus on selling and growing your business.

Tighter Team Collaboration

Teamwork is important when it comes to different aspects of managing a business. CRM is no exception. That’s why Salesflare is built for collaboration. For instance, it lets you share conversations, tasks, and files between colleagues through a central address book and data log. Moreover, it is equipped with automated timelines. Using this, you can be sure that your marketers, sales personnel, and customer care representatives can pick up where another employee left off in a conversation with a client.

Moreover, it comes with a shared customer conversation feature. This way, team members can follow the customer conversations they have previously participated in without having to be involved in the direct messages.

Faster Data Organization

Salesflare gives your salespeople a huge boost in terms of productivity and effectiveness as this CRM software enables them to perform sales-related tasks instead of spending a significant amount of time on data entry. Many of today’s CRM systems require users to input customer information, such as phone numbers, emails, and phonebooks, into the system, which means hours are wasted.

With Salesflare, salespeople don’t have to slave away and spend precious hours entering information they have already collected and organized. The software automatically pulls data from existing customer information pools instead of entering data manually. This results in users saving as much as of their time spent on a very redundant action.

Better Document Management

Salesflare automatically organizes documents for users. Whenever you need to access a particular material, Salesflare makes it easy for you to locate your files so you can go on and do other things that matter. You won’t miss a follow-up as all your opportunities are brought to the surface. As you have more time to work on sales-related tasks, that means you and your team can collaborate more efficiently.

Improved Opportunity Tracking

It’s easy for leads to fall through the cracks if you are unable to pinpoint the most opportune time to engage them and close the deal. This is why Salesflare is built to give you a bird’s eye view of all your opportunities. It compiles all your strong leads in one dashboard and shows you which one requires your attention immediately. This way, you know exactly when to follow up with them and what actions you can take to move them along your sales pipeline.

Another great thing about Salesflare is that it comes with tools such as email tracking, link tracking, and analytics. These will give you in-depth insights as to how customers are interacting with your content and improve how you engage them in the future.

More Efficient Workflow

Last but not least, Salesflare is easy to set up. It only takes a few clicks and a few minutes to get it up and running. Moreover, with its straightforward interface, you can be sure that you won’t have to worry about dealing with steep learning curves that may affect your team’s performance.

In addition, it supports an extensive selection of native and third-party applications, allowing you to connect it to your existing business software. For starters, it comes with a Zapier integration that allows the software to seamlessly connect with over 1300 applications such as Slack and MailChimp. It also has REST API capabilities that will let you connect the platform to your CRM system, ERP platform, or other tools for easier importing and exporting of data. With this, you can streamline your workflow, optimize processes, and ensure your data is synced across your systems.

What Problems Will Salesflare Solve?

Problem #1: Disconnected sales teams

Solution: Salesflare comes with collaboration tools ranging from automated timelines, file sharing, task sharing, and conversation sharing. This way, everyone is kept in the loop about different tasks and agents can seamlessly pick up conversations where other agents left off. As a result, companies that are starting to build their sales teams or looking for a way to unify their sales agents will easily be able to reinforce collaboration efforts.

Problem #2: Sales agents aren’t using the provided CRM tool

Solution: Many CRM platforms can be a handful to deal with. Some require a lot of work to stay updated and some are not intuitive enough to keep up with your operations. Luckily, Salesflare comes with frictionless data input. With this, your contact list stays updated based on your agents’ activities. This way, they are sure that all the information they are retrieving from the CRM tool is up to snuff and they end up enjoying using their CRM platform.

Problem #3: Lost sales opportunities

Solution:  Your company can lose out on a massive amount of leads if you have no way of tracking opportunities. In fact, some companies report losing up to a million dollars in leads. To help you out, Salesflare keeps track of your leads for you. It identifies where each lead is on your sales funnel and pinpoints when you should engage them. This way, you can be sure that you are striking while the iron is hot and close more deals in the long run.

Salesflare Position In Our Categories

Bearing in mind companies have special business needs, it is only prudent they abstain from deciding on an all-encompassing, ”best” software solution. Just the same, it is nearly futile to pinpoint such an app even among widely used software products. The right thing to do should be to list the several significant aspects that require careful thought such as crucial features, budget, technical skill aptitude of staff, business size, etc. After which, you should do the product research comprehensively. Go over some Salesflare review articles and look over each of the solutions in your list more closely. Such well-rounded research ensures you steer clear of unsuitable applications and select the one which delivers all the aspects your business requires to be successful.

TOP 100

Salesflare is one of the 100 Sales Software products

Salesflare is also listed in the following subcategories:

Enterprises have different wants and requirements and no software application can be perfect in such a situation. It is futile to try to find a perfect off-the-shelf software app that fulfills all your business requirements. The wise thing to do would be to customize the application for your special requirements, staff member skill levels, finances, and other factors. For these reasons, do not hasten and subscribe to well-publicized leading solutions. Though these may be widely used, they may not be the perfect fit for your unique requirements. Do your groundwork, check out each short-listed platform in detail, read a few Salesflare CRM Software reviews, speak to the seller for explanations, and finally settle for the application that offers what you require.

PROS: Our team has been making use of Salesflare for a little over a month now. The most important thing that I need to say is that all my colleagues love using it. Some people (myself included) have made use of other CRMs in the past. This one is heavenly to work with. It's so simple to operate and saved us a great deal of energy and time.

CONS: So far, nothing. We spent a lot of worthwhile time with Sales force. We have yet to run into anything problematic with it.

PROS: I like how you form teams with it. That way, whenever one of my members shoots an e-mail to an organization, their team leader can get on this. When a happens to not be in AIESEC any longer, their leader can still check out companies. The leader can then take over the contract. They're able to look into every e-mail being sent so any precious info won't get lost.

CONS: If an e-mail is being sent to multiple individuals, you won't be able to know who opened or didn't open their e-mail. For instance, if I send an e-mail and I have it opened once again, it'll only inform of the e-mail being opened one time. That's usually the case even if the receiver hasn't opened it yet.

PROS: It's very easy to use. You're able to monitor your customer's progress. You get to see the number of times a customer checks the sent e-mail. It's really easy sharing customers/contacts with colleagues. There's also a chance for the team leader to fully take control of the team members.

CONS: I'm not really known to be part of the team directly once an e-mail is sent to the customer. Its functionality is only limited to Google Chrome. In terms of e-mail, it works only with G-mail. Additional steps are needed in order to be linked directly to G-mail.

PROS: Salesforce lets people in sales (like me) to concentrate on what they're good at: selling services/products. What I dislike with the sales process is doing a lot of inputting/copy-pasting manually. What's even more crazy is the amount of work that needs to be done in figuring out who you'll need to be sending reminders to and when do that at the precise moment. Salesforce tackled both these issue effeciently. In addition, their sales CRM is frequently being updated.

CONS: Salesflare is still in its early stage. That means an inclusion of features we're looking forward to in the future. Its to-do list needs to be a bit intuitive. Their insights and reportings could use some improvement.

PROS: The platform is very much straightforward. Its e-mail integration makes it all the more simple in tracking interactions with customers. I love its attachment integraiton. Whenever customers are filling out their project needs, not only do I get to look into the description, but I'm able to peek into attachments that lets me understand better their project requirements. Since it's an app on its own, there's no need to go to my e-mail and back.

CONS: I don't favor its G-mail plugin. The UI seems to have zero purpose. I feel the web app is a lot useful in terms of multiple account management. At timese, I don't receive notificactions when I get mentioned or tagged. While this functionality is worthy, it would've been nice if it's consistent all throughout.

PROS: Its own native integration with G-mail. Just about everything I'm working on G-mail is synced with Salesflare almost immediately. There's no need to worry about updating my address my address book. All of my contact data is there. And I don't even have to lift a finger!

CONS: It'd be a treat to directly make calls from the platform itself. Their main features are superb. You can easily see their product map to be clear. But then again, they're still taking things in the early stages.

PROS: Before, I dread using any CRM software. How they work on your always seemed as if you were carrying out the job for the software. They won't even the right job for you or your business. But lately, newer CRM products are turning things around. Salesforce is the one we felt is suited for us to making us productive whenever we're facing leads.

CONS: It'd be great if I have some ability to e-mail people via Salesflare. I'm able to read them, which is great for follow-ups, but I'd love it if I don't have to move outside the app. This is considering the fact that I previously spent little time in any CRM software.

PROS: What I love best? A lot of things. In terms of automation, calling and e-mail history with a client magically remains in there. Sales reps are prompted automatically in making notes on the calls and meetings done. Individual and company social profiles are added into Salesflare to assist in the selling efforts.

CONS: No option for choosing multiple pipelines. But this problem has been resolved. Management of KPIs in which the visualization and existing data needs further improvement. Salesflare has full integration with Zapier. This is a relief since we now make flows between Salesflare and other tools within the sales stack.
