Pros: The platform is very much straightforward. Its e-mail integration makes it all the more simple in tracking interactions with customers. I love its attachment integraiton. Whenever customers are filling out their project needs, not only do I get to look into the description, but I'm able to peek into attachments that lets me understand better their project requirements. Since it's an app on its own, there's no need to go to my e-mail and back.

Cons: I don't favor its G-mail plugin. The UI seems to have zero purpose. I feel the web app is a lot useful in terms of multiple account management. At timese, I don't receive notificactions when I get mentioned or tagged. While this functionality is worthy, it would've been nice if it's consistent all throughout.

Pros: Its own native integration with G-mail. Just about everything I'm working on G-mail is synced with Salesflare almost immediately. There's no need to worry about updating my address my address book. All of my contact data is there. And I don't even have to lift a finger!

Cons: It'd be a treat to directly make calls from the platform itself. Their main features are superb. You can easily see their product map to be clear. But then again, they're still taking things in the early stages.
