What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how you form teams with it. That way, whenever one of my members shoots an e-mail to an organization, their team leader can get on this. When a happens to not be in AIESEC any longer, their leader can still check out companies. The leader can then take over the contract. They're able to look into every e-mail being sent so any precious info won't get lost.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If an e-mail is being sent to multiple individuals, you won't be able to know who opened or didn't open their e-mail. For instance, if I send an e-mail and I have it opened once again, it'll only inform of the e-mail being opened one time. That's usually the case even if the receiver hasn't opened it yet.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Salesflare, we can now determine if anyone opened an e-mail. We also know the number of times a person has opened the e-mail with this software. For example, if the e-mail has been opened a couple times in a few weeks, expect the person to have little or no interest at all. When it's opened several times in a week, we'll know that we need to keep in touch. We'd stll do this even if there's no contract signed.
