What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesforce lets people in sales (like me) to concentrate on what they're good at: selling services/products. What I dislike with the sales process is doing a lot of inputting/copy-pasting manually. What's even more crazy is the amount of work that needs to be done in figuring out who you'll need to be sending reminders to and when do that at the precise moment. Salesforce tackled both these issue effeciently. In addition, their sales CRM is frequently being updated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Salesflare is still in its early stage. That means an inclusion of features we're looking forward to in the future. Its to-do list needs to be a bit intuitive. Their insights and reportings could use some improvement.

Conversation Starter is one solution that lets event attendees make a connection with relevant individuals. They get to also meet them at a certain event. Event organizers are able to extract insights from their audience. We've connected with thousands of people the past several months. Some of these clients include RY, Uprise festival, ING, and etc...).
