What are the best aspects of this product?

Our team has been making use of Salesflare for a little over a month now. The most important thing that I need to say is that all my colleagues love using it. Some people (myself included) have made use of other CRMs in the past. This one is heavenly to work with. It's so simple to operate and saved us a great deal of energy and time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, nothing. We spent a lot of worthwhile time with Sales force. We have yet to run into anything problematic with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Salesforce is basically saving one's effort and time. CRMs was a pain to deal as you need to put in lots of effort in ensuring they remain valuable. It's contradictory with Salesflare. All you need is navigate and see the things the platform has put together. It helped us function more effectively and focused when it comes to dealing with customers.
