What are the best aspects of this product?
It's very easy to use. You're able to monitor your customer's progress. You get to see the number of times a customer checks the sent e-mail. It's really easy sharing customers/contacts with colleagues. There's also a chance for the team leader to fully take control of the team members.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm not really known to be part of the team directly once an e-mail is sent to the customer. Its functionality is only limited to Google Chrome. In terms of e-mail, it works only with G-mail. Additional steps are needed in order to be linked directly to G-mail.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Salesflare is capable of monitoring your progress with a customer and contacts you had with the customer. It also shows the number of items a customer has checked the sent e-mail. This offers a clear picture on what you'll need to say or sell. It's also a big help in determining whether it's worth reaching out to the customer once again.
