What are the best aspects of this product?
What I love best? A lot of things. In terms of automation, calling and e-mail history with a client magically remains in there. Sales reps are prompted automatically in making notes on the calls and meetings done. Individual and company social profiles are added into Salesflare to assist in the selling efforts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No option for choosing multiple pipelines. But this problem has been resolved. Management of KPIs in which the visualization and existing data needs further improvement. Salesflare has full integration with Zapier. This is a relief since we now make flows between Salesflare and other tools within the sales stack.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It met all our reasons in acquiring a CRM. We wanted our sales rep to spend less time dealing with things on CRM. We were in need of something to automate the logging of as many sales action as possiule. Through Salesflare, calls and e-mails are logged. Calls from Skype initiated by Salesflare are also logged.
