What are the best aspects of this product?
Before, I dread using any CRM software. How they work on your always seemed as if you were carrying out the job for the software. They won't even the right job for you or your business. But lately, newer CRM products are turning things around. Salesforce is the one we felt is suited for us to making us productive whenever we're facing leads.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It'd be great if I have some ability to e-mail people via Salesflare. I'm able to read them, which is great for follow-ups, but I'd love it if I don't have to move outside the app. This is considering the fact that I previously spent little time in any CRM software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It saved me a great deal of energy. It also saved off a lot of long hours. I was able to win customers and deals at the same time. It's what a true CRM is meant to accomplish.
