What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform is very much straightforward. Its e-mail integration makes it all the more simple in tracking interactions with customers. I love its attachment integraiton. Whenever customers are filling out their project needs, not only do I get to look into the description, but I'm able to peek into attachments that lets me understand better their project requirements. Since it's an app on its own, there's no need to go to my e-mail and back.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't favor its G-mail plugin. The UI seems to have zero purpose. I feel the web app is a lot useful in terms of multiple account management. At timese, I don't receive notificactions when I get mentioned or tagged. While this functionality is worthy, it would've been nice if it's consistent all throughout.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm in charge of organizing technical-based for customers who wanted to have their apps built. I organize their app and I come up with a feasible budget and catering to their specific needs. I greatly benefitted in accessing customer interaction. Dealing with numerous accounts can be a tedious. I felt I could always pick up where I've left off.
