CONS: The tool is bit pricy, but in my experience it’s worth every penny.

PROS: I like how dynamic this software is and I have to say that it offers great tools and it provdes specific details that are highly useful for running and managing our businesses. It salesforce product and this means that there are lot of integrations within.
CONS: In the beginning while it was Demandware we had issues with the implementations and to cleand data because of the implemention itself. Now, everything is simplified when it became Salesforce product.

PROS: Salesforce commerce paltform offers great analytics and reporting function and it is great tool to expand our overall productivity. We love using this software for tracking data and I like that it provides accurate reports so we can make better decision based on the reports we get.
CONS: I’d like to see data with past data so we can visualize sales over a period of time. In addition, there is a steep learning curve so you can better use this tool and all its capabilities.

PROS: The platform’s integrated solutions allow us to work more efficiently and to increase the value of every part of the customer file cycle. Also, its analytics and reporting functions allows us to expand our campaign capacity and to increase our profit as well.
CONS: Sometimes the app is not accessible and I think that this is because that SF has own maintenance schedule and it runs on its own cloud server.

PROS: This is well-integrated platform and the payment method of this software is great because it lets you pay as you grow and the team behind the tool cares for the success of the customers. The platform is easy to use, friendly and fast. Salesforce commerce offers great set of tools that meets all our needs.
CONS: The page load time is slow it loads around 3-4 seconds. Also, it offers lot of customisation capabilities but it is SaaS driven and the multi channel part is not optimal to the fullest even when large progress are made with DSS and the speed of the page is not always constant. The ecosystem is a bit weak and it doesn’t drive external companies or even freelancer to develop add-ons or tools.

PROS: I’m using SF Commerce Cloud solution daily, at first this wasn’t simple tool to manage and work with. Now we can push the platform and apply new capabilities. Also, I like the ability to target experiences and promotions and to create unique experience based on our customers profiles and spendings. In addition, I like the ability to target experience to my clients’ businesses and to help them increase sales up to 30%.
CONS: If you want to manage the platform fully then you’ll need certified trainings and what I mean by this is hat you have to go to their center and to watch tutorials about it.

PROS: With SALESFORCE COMMERCE CLOUD solution we can better manage our e-commerce businesses with small-sized team and without limiting our capabilities. The tool is reliable and scalable. We deal with huge traffic and this tool automatically scales up our entire environment without active involvement.
CONS: I’d rather be on a fixed cost contract and what I mean by that is that traffic and processing allowances based on website revenue would be great option. Also, they could update the business manager app because it lacks some functionality around advanced order queries.

PROS: Salesforce Commerce Cloud is great platform that provides great infrastructure and software foundation for building e-shop. You can get quickly to the market and start selling goods right away, it has great customer base. They constantly update the platform and they always release new and useful features and improvements. You can easily implement popular 3rd party integrations similar to payment processors. I like that the platform is PCI DSS certified and that the code development is done in Java language and it is extremely easy to use.
CONS: You might run into some limitations if you want to customize sites and to work independently of any circumstances on your web sites. But the good thing is, that there is constant support and updates with useful features.
