What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the best thing about this software is that it is easy configurable and easy to use, it can be used by almost everyone it requires little learning. I like all its automation features andf AppExchange and these capabilities make Salesgforce to be number one tool in the market.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to see past preports so I can get clear insight into the last week’s progress and to compare numbers in historical context.

It helps us to manage sales processes and to track our activities and to foresee the outcome.
