What are the best aspects of this product?

Salesforce Commerce Cloud provides options for interaction within the platform and we are able to keep up-to dat on everything that’s going on into the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experience I found out that the tool is not very intutive and because it is highly configurable it requires spending lot of time in training.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to save contracts and project information in one place and we are able to provide access to our global team.
