I like all the options and capabilities that Salesforce Commerce cloud offers

What are the best aspects of this product?

Salesforce commerce paltform offers great analytics and reporting function and it is great tool to expand our overall productivity. We love using this software for tracking data and I like that it provides accurate reports so we can make better decision based on the reports we get.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see data with past data so we can visualize sales over a period of time. In addition, there is a steep learning curve so you can better use this tool and all its capabilities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it for integration purposes and it helps me to keep track of various sales functions.
