What are the best aspects of this product?

With SALESFORCE COMMERCE CLOUD solution we can better manage our e-commerce businesses with small-sized team and without limiting our capabilities. The tool is reliable and scalable. We deal with huge traffic and this tool automatically scales up our entire environment without active involvement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d rather be on a fixed cost contract and what I mean by that is that traffic and processing allowances based on website revenue would be great option. Also, they could update the business manager app because it lacks some functionality around advanced order queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Salesforce Commerce Cloud is our e-commerce platform since 2006 when it was Demandware. This tool helps us to serve our direct to consumer base on desktop, mobile browsers and tablet.
