What are the best aspects of this product?

This is well-integrated platform and the payment method of this software is great because it lets you pay as you grow and the team behind the tool cares for the success of the customers. The platform is easy to use, friendly and fast. Salesforce commerce offers great set of tools that meets all our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The page load time is slow it loads around 3-4 seconds. Also, it offers lot of customisation capabilities but it is SaaS driven and the multi channel part is not optimal to the fullest even when large progress are made with DSS and the speed of the page is not always constant. The ecosystem is a bit weak and it doesn’t drive external companies or even freelancer to develop add-ons or tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool helps us to identify a problem so we can react and correct quickly. Thanks to its new features we are able to cover the holes and the points that were previously covered quickly and to draft the roadmap along with customers.
