What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform’s integrated solutions allow us to work more efficiently and to increase the value of every part of the customer file cycle. Also, its analytics and reporting functions allows us to expand our campaign capacity and to increase our profit as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the app is not accessible and I think that this is because that SF has own maintenance schedule and it runs on its own cloud server.
