I like how dynamic this software is and I have to say that it offers great tools and it provdes specific details that are highly useful for running and managing our businesses. It salesforce product and this means that there are lot of integrations within.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the beginning while it was Demandware we had issues with the implementations and to cleand data because of the implemention itself. Now, everything is simplified when it became Salesforce product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has dynamic web platform, it provides direct connection with ERP and PIM solutions.
