What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using SF Commerce Cloud solution daily, at first this wasn’t simple tool to manage and work with. Now we can push the platform and apply new capabilities. Also, I like the ability to target experiences and promotions and to create unique experience based on our customers profiles and spendings. In addition, I like the ability to target experience to my clients’ businesses and to help them increase sales up to 30%.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you want to manage the platform fully then you’ll need certified trainings and what I mean by this is hat you have to go to their center and to watch tutorials about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to provide unique-targeted user experience, to make pages visible to a specific group that is based on location, to understand business needs including qualitative and quantitative data so we can provide best solutions to our customers.
