PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Data.com provides lot of information about the companies we care about. The tool is easy to configure and easy to maintain and I like that as an admin I don’t have to be involved 100% in it because I did the set up and everything else is managed by the managers. I especially like the Prospecting Insights feature it is very useful in our SDR team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The option for enrich company data has been included but it is only available to Premium customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Data.com helps us to solve problems with lead assignemnets and we are using it to augment processes that our SD team uses, and we were able to find new and even better contacts to call and to provide us with information about the comapnies we are interested in.
