What are the best aspects of this product?
We use this tool to clean our existing Salesforce data while prospecting for new clients. It is simple and easy configurable. It provides us with Industry and SIC info and when we prospecting we are more focused on specific industries and job titles and it makes the prospecting quick. When it comes to B2B commerce clean data is very important because we are more focused on the right customers and prospects. With its useful tools and easy configuration we are getting the most accurate data.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes Data.com hasn’t been updated for 6 months. It is hard to clean leads because of less data for Data.com to make accurate match. Also, it doesn’t provides us with the information if someone is our existing customer already.

Data.com provides us with clean and current data, it helps us to sell faster, more reliably and better.
