What are the best aspects of this product?
Data.com is easy to use tool and it is very cinvenient, our sales reps are already working in Salesforce and they really like the ability to prospect and confirm the information, they already have a way to chooshe who to conntact. We can increase our productivity and having fun while brainstorming before meetings and to make successful cold-calls and even our finance teams like the D&B information that they are provided with. Furthermore, we have create new sales team that it works for inside sales. The other good thing is that we don’t have to waste too much time in trainings and we are spending our time in closing deals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no direct connection with Linkedln even though we have premium licenses for both products we still need to copy/paste around.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We constantly look to attract new types of customers and this product has helped us to increase our pipeline and it provides us woth more insights for our customer base and we are able to see our customer’s competitors and their current trends and issues. It helps us to engage with our customer in more professional way and to even model future customers on a current database.
