What are the best aspects of this product?
Data.com is our main tool for data strategy and with D&B data into SF that are related to our accounts helps us to druve data-driven decisions. With Data.com clean feature we are able to identify duplicates and accounts that are no longer active. In the Salesforce everything is related to Accounts and this means that if they are not structured properly then we’re going to have issues with metrics and reporting as we grow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It misses some prospecting attributes like IT budget and report to- hierarchies.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use it as our main tool for customer definition and with all its information we are able to clean up our data and to get accurate customer entitiy reporting for our stakeholders.
