What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool is intuitive and simple, it has great integration wit SF system. It is easy to use and we can easily train others to use it. I like that it has great built-in tags so we can track metrics, the clean button is simple and with clean comparison screen our sales team can make better decisions on what they want/need to accept from Data.com. Its Prospecting Insights capability provides fast firmographic data about the accounts and industry trends.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks international contacts, direct dials on contact information as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It hels us with prospecting new leads into the industries we are targeting, it helps us to solve company hierarchy and to increase the revenue by sourcing new leads.
