What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how all of the reports we've generated from Einstein are backed by our existing data. This has been truly useful in our quest to connect with our customers better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a lot of benefits--but it's quite costly. I don't think that smaller businesses can get their ROI from this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now upload most of our data into Salesforce. Anytime that we want to generate predictive analysis based on our data, we can quickly and easily do so.
