What are the best aspects of this product?

This complements my Salesforce experience very well. I don't have prior training on AI, but Salesforce Einstein makes it possible for me to enjoy predictive analysis based on my SF data. It's surprisingly easy to use and to generate results from.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not very consistent. Some of its features can't be accessed at times. It prompts us to clear our storage often too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Helps us determine whether our products/services are still (and will continue to be) relevant to our clients or not.
