What are the best aspects of this product?

Tracking a team and assessing their workload is now a lot easier with the help of Einstein. It's been very helpful in identifying our customers with the potential for conversion based on their data too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not possible to open different views at the same time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Einstein makes it possible for me to identify and measure the amount of workload that a specific team has. I do this daily just to make sure that everything is working smoothly and without a hitch. Once a week, me and my superior look into this work pipeline as well so that we can commend and/or make actionable steps to make our operations run more efficiently. So far, this has been a great addition to our team. The lenses make it possible for us to identify prospects with high potential for conversion as well.
