What are the best aspects of this product?
We run most of our operations on Salesforce. This means that most of our data is saved there too. With Einstein as the newest addition to this CRM tool, we can not only store our data properly, but we can also benefit from a slew of predictive analytics that it provides. Now we can make more educated actions towards dealing with our customers based on their statistical history and data.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We've been using Einstein for over a year now and some of its items are very hard to configure.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Salesforce has propelled our lead-to-customer data to greater heights. With its help, we've been able to pinpoint prospects who are likely to purchase our products, and we've managed to convert them into paying customers. Einstein has been assisting us with admin tasks too. It's a nice addition to our workflow.
