What are the best aspects of this product?
We've finally bid goodbye to the manual task of collating all necessary data and feeding them into our reports. Now, with just a few clicks of a button, we can see trends within our customers' behavior and make the predictive analysis based on this.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are dupes within the system. I wish SF would make it easier for us to clean this up.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've been able to pinpoint high-potential prospects and concentrate most of our marketing efforts into converting them into paying customers. It doesn't stop there too. We've been able to pull their data so we know how to cater to their needs best.
